• To add an issue, simply append a new row with the appropriate information.
• Some regions are locked. This means that they cannot be modified except by myself. This also means that the issues within these regions are verified and acknowledged by me.
• Please behave and don't remove issues submitted by others. Don't post crap here either.
• You may add comments on a column to the far right.
